In this Blog, you will find recipes inspired by my Greek and Mediterranean heritage cuisine but also from my travels around the world and a collection of cookbooks I own.

With a focus on promoting healthy eating habits and flavoursome food, I create and recreate recipes using ingredients I discover during my travels and using seasonal vegetables. Behind each post, there is a lot of effort in perfecting the cooking techniques, but also almost always a story to tell about a dish usually with the aid of a nice photo.

From time to time, I also share travel stories with our little fella and how we survive keeping both him and us happy with feeding and entertainment wherever we’ve been around the world.
